A Telecaller Executive Connects With Clients By Phone To Sell Products, Share Information, Or Solve Problems. Languages : Hindi, English

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Salary

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
