Job Description:We Are Looking For A Responsible And Detail-Oriented Accounts & Billing Executive For Our Office. This Is A 90% Office-Based Job With Occasional Visits To Nearby Customers For Payment Collection.Roles & Responsibilities:Maintain Customer Accounts And Ledger Records. Create And Manage New Order Bills / Invoices. Maintain Stock Qty. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Tally

Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Tally
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Tally
• Someone accurate and organised

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
