Collections Team Leader

Enlist Management Consultants Private Limited (Enlist Management Consultants Pvt Ltd) is looking for a Collections Team Leader to join its team in Subhash Nagar, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹40,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Below 10th
• Comfortable with Documentation, MS Excel, Customer acquisition, KYC
• Male Only
• No English required
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are trustworthy and detail-oriented

Key responsibilities

As a Collections Team Leader, your work will include:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You'll verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
