Field Collection Executive

A new Field Collection Executive role is open at Enlist Management Consultants Private Limited (Enlist Management Consultants Pvt Ltd), Barrackpore, Kolkata. 3 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹18,000/month.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Compensation

Compensation: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, CRM tools, Verbal communication and Typing speed
• Male Only
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone customer-first and polite
