Compensation

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Inbound, Outbound, Real Estate, Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

As a Telesales Officer, your work will include:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
