As A Telesales Executive, Your Primary Responsibility Will Be To Connect With Potential Customers Via Phone Calls And Educate Them About Our Insurance Products. You Will Play A Pivotal Role In Building Relationships With Customer, Assessing Their Insurance Needs, And Providing Tailored Insurance Solutions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Sales
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What you will do

• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
