Office Assistant

Erayaa Builders And Developers Llp is looking for an Office Assistant to join its team in Koramangala, Bengaluru. The pay goes up to ₹18,000/month. 3 candidates will be hired for this role.

Employer’s description

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Data entry, Record keeping, Basic accounting, Typing
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
