Identify, Attract, And Hire Top Talent By Managing The Recruitment Process. Develop Job Descriptions, Screen Candidates, And Conduct Interviews. Collaborate With Teams To Meet Workforce Needs Efficiently. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Payroll, Screening and Labour law basics
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone good communicator and organised
