What the job involves

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Position details

• Location: Alambagh, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
• Interview timings: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM | Monday to Friday (Weekends off) | We're available for calls from 12pm to 8pm, if you need to reach us after 8pm, please send a text and we'll respond as soon as possible.
