Key Responsibilities: Act As The Primary Point Of Contact For Travel Agents And B2B Clients Handle Queries Via Calls, Emails, And Chat Regarding Hotel Bookings And Contracts Assist With Hotel Rate Loading, Availability Updates, And Contract-Related Information Coordinate With Hotel Partners For Confirmations, Amendments, And Issue Resolution. Languages : Hindi, English

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
