Everest Fleet Private Limited is looking for a Collection Executive / Officer to join its team in Sector 35 - Gurgaon, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹22,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English

Your responsibilities

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: English, Hindi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
• A trustworthy, persuasive attitude

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
