• Good knowledge of Two-wheeler / four-wheeler driving, Route knowledge, Cash handling and Customer handling

• Handle cash or digital payments correctly
• Keep the vehicle and delivery kit in good condition
• Follow the delivery app for routes and updates
• Treat customers politely and resolve delivery issues
