• Good knowledge of Smartphone apps, Route knowledge, Customer handling and Cash handling

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Treat customers politely and resolve delivery issues
• Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines
• Handle cash or digital payments correctly
• You will follow the delivery app for routes and updates.
• Pick up and deliver orders safely and on time
• Keep the vehicle and delivery kit in good condition
