Follow Up Regularly Through Calls And Field Visits. Maintain Proper Records Of Collections And Customer Details. Achieve Monthly Collection Targets. Coordinate With The Team Regarding Payment Status And Follow-Ups. Handle Customers Professionally And Resolve Basic Payment-Related Queries.Skills Required: Good Communication And Negotiation Skills. Basic Knowledge Of Ms Office/Excel. Target-Oriented And Responsible. Previous Collection Experience Is Preferred. Languages : Tamil

Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
