Develop And Implement Effective Sales Strategies To Achieve Business Targets.Handle And Manage Pharma/Pcd Sales Operations In Assigned Territories.Appoint New Distributors, Franchise Partners, And Stockists.Build Strong Relationships With Doctors, Chemists, Hospitals, And Distributors.Monitor Daily Sales Activities And Team Performance. Languages : Hindi, English

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.

• Education: 12th Pass

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹80,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
