Should Manage Faculty, Students And Non Academic Staffs .Attending Phone Calls, Maintain Attendance And Leave Records. Emailing And Client Co-Ordination. Filing And Paperwork. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with MS Office, Email etiquette, Record keeping, Basic accounting
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and organised

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹75,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
