Excelaright Private Limited wants to bring on a Collection Executive / Officer for its Sector 48 - Gurgaon, Delhi team. Salary is up to ₹28,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Customer acquisition, Financial products, KYC and MS Excel
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are trustworthy and persuasive

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month.

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You will comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
