We Are Looking For A Front Office Executive To Manage Reception Duties And Handle Visitors. The Candidate Will Greet Guests, Answer Phone Calls, Schedule Appointments, And Maintain Records. Basic Computer Knowledge And Good Communication Skills Are Required. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
