Excellence Home is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its team in Sinhagad, Pune. The pay goes up to ₹50,000/month. There are 2 open positions.

Identify And Develop New Business Opportunities Through Research, Networking, Referrals, And Outbound Prospecting.Generate Qualified Leads And Manage The Complete Sales Cycle From Prospecting To Closure.Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Existing And Prospective Clients.Understand Client Requirements And Propose Suitable Products. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

What the job involves

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Negotiation, Local market knowledge, Customer handling, Target achievement
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
