Excellence International Llp is looking for a Financial Sales Associate to join its team in Mewala Maharajpur - Faridabad, Delhi. 3 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound, International, Mutual Funds, Outbound and Sales
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
