Following Up With Customers For Pending Payments Via Calls, Emails, And Visits.Ensuring Timely Collection Of Dues (Emis, Outstanding Payments).Handling Delinquent Accounts And Resolving Payment Issues.Maintaining Records Of Collection Activities And Updating In Crm.Coordinating With Internal Teams For Account-Related Queries. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Financial products, MS Excel, Compliance, Documentation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are trustworthy and ethical

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
