We Are Looking For A Motivated And Result-Oriented Recovery Telecaller To Join Our Team. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Contacting Customers With Overdue Payments, Negotiating Repayment Plans, And Ensuring Timely Collections While Maintaining A Professional And Empathetic Approach. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Domestic, Outbound | Languages : English, Hindi

What the job involves

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You will comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi and Outbound
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
