Take Care Of All Parts Of Booking Flights For Trips Within The Country And Abroad. Process Ticket Issuance, Reissues, Refunds, And Cancellations Efficiently Using Industry-Standard Tools. Maintain Up-To-Date Knowledge Of Airline Regulations, Iata Standards, And Industry Trends. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Follow company processes and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with your supervisor and team members
• Raise issues early and suggest practical fixes
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
• Keep simple daily records of your work

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic computer use, Time management, Problem solving and Communication
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone eager to learn and well organised

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
