Contact Potential Customers Through Outbound Calls.Explain Financial Products Such As Personal Loans, Business Loans, Credit Cards, And Other Financial Services.Generate Leads And Convert Inquiries Into Sales.Understand Customer Requirements And Provide Suitable Financial Solutions.Follow Up With Interested Customers And Maintain Regular Commun. Type : Sales

Your responsibilities

• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Compensation

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Sales
