They Evaluate Creditworthiness, Recommend Loan Products, And Ensure Compliance With Regulations To Help Individuals Or Businesses Secure Financing. Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Outbound, Sales
