Handle Customer Queries Through Phone, Email And Whatsapp, Manage Inbound/Outbound Calls, Follow Up On Complaints And Service Requests, Resolve Customer Grievances, Maintain Support Records, And Prepare Daily/Weekly Reports. Strong Communication, Tele-Calling, Customer Query Handling, Complaint Resolution, Crm Knowledge, And Basic Ms Excel/Word. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English, Hindi, Kannada

What you will do

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Compensation

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: English, Hindi, Kannada
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada
