Executive Assistant, Mis Report, Business Dashboard, Hr ,. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Complaint handling, Verbal communication, CRM tools, Typing speed
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone calm under pressure and customer-first

Salary

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month.
