Your responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

• Open to freshers
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Word, Record Management and Tally
• Female Only
