Responsible For Handling Phone Calls, Preparing Data, Organising Files, Data Entry And Tally. Follow Up With All The Employees Whether Senior Or Junior. Should Be Able To Do All The Works Assigned By Boss. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Data entry, Record keeping, Email etiquette and Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and detail-oriented

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
