Primary Responsibility Is To Engage With Clients, Understand Their Needs, Concerns, And Pain Points, And Guide Them Through Life Insurance And Investment Solutions. The Role Involves Providing Suitable Recommendations, Resolving Issues Effectively Within Company Sops, And Building Strong Customer Relationships Throughout Their Financial Journey. Type : Outbound, Inbound, Domestic | Languages : Gujarati, Telugu, Tamil, Bengali, Kannada, Punjabi, Hindi, English

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹17,500 per month.

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Bengali, Domestic, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada and Outbound
• Good English

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
