Fashion Shoe Center wants to bring on a Client Relationship Manager for its Damana, Bhubaneswar team. The pay goes up to ₹10,000/month.

Assist Customers In Selecting Products And Provide Excellent In-Store Service. Handle Transactions, Stock Shelves, And Maintain A Clean Retail Space. Monitor Sales Trends And Report Customer Feedback. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of CRM, Target achievement, Local market knowledge and Lead generation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, self-motivated attitude

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
