You Will Contact Pre-Qualified And Potential Customers Over The Phone, Pitch Tailored Loan/Od Products, Check Preliminary Eligibility, And Guide Applicants Through The Documentation And Sanction Process. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales | Languages : Hindi, English

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Sales

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
