Fast Credit wants to bring on a Loan Executive for its Krishna Nagar, Delhi team. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

As A Loan Executive Telesales, You Will Be The First Point Of Contact Between Fast Credit And Potential Customers. Your Primary Responsibility Is To Reach Out To Leads, Understand Their Loan Requirements, Offer Suitable Financial Solutions, And Guide Them Through The Entire Loan Process From Eligibility Check To Disbursement. Your responsibilities

As a Loan Executive, your work will include:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
