What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Skills: Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Outbound, Tamil, Telugu
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹19,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
