Feedback Foundation Charitable Trust is hiring a Complaince & Hr Executive in DLF Phase 3 - Gurgaon, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹26,000/month.

Ensure Timely Compliance With Applicable Labour And Employment Laws, Including Epf, Esic, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund And Other Statutory Requirements. Manage Employee Statutory Registrations, Including Epf/Uan, Esic Insurance Numbers, Kyc, Nominations And Related Records. Maintain Accurate Statutory Registers, Employee Records, Returns. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Payroll, HRMS, Recruitment
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone good communicator and organised

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹26,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
