Feenomix Payment Gateway Private Limited is looking for an Hr Officer to join its team in Dilashad Colony, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, MS Excel, HRMS and Screening
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, organised attitude
