The Branch Sales Manager Will Be Responsible For Managing Branch Level Sales Operations, Leading And Motivating The Sales Team, Achieving Monthly Sales Targets, Handling Customer Follow Ups, And Reporting Sales Performance To The Head Office. The Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills, Sales Experience, And A Target Driven Approach. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | B2C | Preferred Experience In : Insurance, Credit Card, Loan

What the job involves

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of B2c, Credit Card, Insurance and Loan
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• B2C
• Preferred Experience In: Insurance, Credit Card, Loan
• A target-driven, persuasive attitude

Compensation

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
