We Are Looking For Enthusiastic And Communication-Skilled Call Center Executives (Cce)To Conduct Telephone-Based Marketing Research And Survey Activities.The Cce Will Be Responsible For Contacting Respondents, Conducting Structured Surveys,Collecting Accurate Information, And Recording Responses As Per The Provided Questionnaire & Project Guide. Type : Outbound | Languages : Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, English, Punjabi, Kannada, Telugu

Day-to-day work

As a Call Center Executive, your work will include:

• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Outbound, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu
• Basic English
