Lead Generation: Source New Personal Loan Customers Via Field Visits, Telecalling, Online Leads, And Channel Partner/Bank References. Product Advisory: Explain Loan Features, Interest Rates, Eligibility Criteria, Repayment Schedules, Emis, And Processing Fees Clearly To Applicants. Document Collection & Verification:. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Lead generation, Local market knowledge, Target achievement, Negotiation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are persuasive and target-driven

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
