Your responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹13,500 – ₹21,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Outbound, Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
