Day-to-day work

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Inbound, Kannada, Mutual Funds, Outbound, Real Estate, Sales and Telugu
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
