Fintech cloud pvt ltd is looking for a Collection Executive / Officer to join its team in MG Road - Gurgaon, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. 20 candidates will be hired for this role.

Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales, Outbound, Domestic

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• You'll explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

Compensation

You will be paid ₹16,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, Outbound, Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
