A new Field Collection Executive role is open at Fintech Forge Private Limited, Uttam Nagar, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Loan
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Loan
