Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. Managing Attendance Payroll. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Labour law basics, HRMS, Payroll, Screening
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, good communicator attitude

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
