First Choice Consultant Service is looking for a Booking Desk Executive to join its team in Mahipalpur, Delhi. 6 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

Handle Export And Import Bookings With Shipping Lines.Coordinate With Shipping Lines, Customers, Transporters, And Internal Operations Teams.Arrange Vessel Bookings And Follow Up For Booking Confirmations.Prepare And Verify Shipping Documents And Booking-Related Records.Monitor Shipment Schedules And Ensure Timely Updates To Customers.Coordina. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

As a Booking Desk Executive, your work will include:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

What you get

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Typing, Record keeping, MS Office, Data entry
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and dependable
