* Manage Daily Patient/Client Entries And Records.* Perform Regular Data Entry And Maintain Records In Ms Excel.* Update Appointment Schedules And Client Information Accurately.* Handle Incoming Calls And Assist Clients With Basic Queries.* Coordinate Appointments Between Clients, Doctors And Therapists.* Maintain Follow-Up And Pending-Session. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Basic accounting, Typing, MS Office, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
