A new Secretary / Executive Assistant role is open at First Choice Consultant Service, Sector 47 - Gurgaon, Delhi. You can earn up to ₹60,000/month. 4 candidates will be hired for this role.

Provide Administrative And Executive Support To The Pro Vc.Manage Calendar Scheduling, Meetings, And Appointments.Prepare Official Emails, Reports, Presentations, And Documentation.Coordinate With School Leadership, Academic Teams, And External Stakeholders.Handle Confidential Information And Official Correspondence. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Record keeping, Basic accounting, Email etiquette, Typing
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and detail-oriented
