Warmly Greet Members, Visitors, And Students Handle Walk-Ins And Phone Inquiries With A Professional Demeanor.Operations & Admin: Manage Member Registrations, Attendance Tracking, And Daily Scheduling.Billing & Coordination: Handle Fee Collections, Issue Receipts, And Maintain Basic Daily Logs.Academy Standards: Ensure The Reception And Waiting Areas Remain Clean, Organized, And Welcoming At All Times.Requirements & Qualificationsgender: Female (As Per Academy Operational Preferences).Location: Residing In Or Very Close To Insert Location/Area.Skills: Strong Communication Skills (Fluent In English/Hindi/Marathi), Basic Computer Literacy (Ms Excel, Email), And A Polite Telephone Etiquette.Attributes: High Level Of Maturity, Reliability, And Excellent Interpersonal Skills. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with MS Office, Data entry, Basic accounting, Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A dependable, well spoken attitude

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
