We Are Looking For An Experienced And Professional Female Hr Executive With 3+ Years Of Experience To Manage Day-To-Day Hr And Employee-Related Activities. Training, Mis, Admin Work Etc. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

As an Hr And Admin Officer, your work will include:

• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Labour law basics, MS Excel, Recruitment, HRMS
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, people-oriented attitude
