Front Office Executive

Fit India Trust wants to bring on a Front Office Executive for its Paschim Vihar, Delhi team. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Attend Incoming Customers At Reception. Email / Back Office Work. Sales Calls To Prospective Leads. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Data entry, MS Office and Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A dependable, detail-oriented attitude
